Our Response
Upon receiving a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the material, notify the user where appropriate, and take other actions we deem reasonable.
Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the elements required by applicable law, including your contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury, consent to jurisdiction, and your signature.
Repeat Infringers
We may terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Misrepresentation
Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
