This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets rules for using Downloader Tools by AdvanzoTools. It supplements the Terms & Conditions.
Allowed Behavior
- Using the Service for lawful downloads of public content you may access
- Reasonable request volumes consistent with human use
- Providing accurate information for accounts and support
Prohibited Behavior
- Copyright infringement or facilitating piracy
- Attempting to download private, paywalled, or DRM-protected content
- Targeting YouTube or other unsupported/blocked platforms
- Credential stuffing, scanning, or exploiting vulnerabilities
- Harassment, hate content distribution, or illegal activities
- Reselling access or overloading infrastructure through automated abuse
Important
We may rate-limit, block, suspend accounts, or involve authorities when misuse threatens the Service or third-party rights.
Enforcement
Violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension without notice where necessary to protect the Service. We may cooperate with rights holders and law enforcement as permitted by law.
Reporting Abuse
Report suspected abuse via the contact form and include logs, timestamps, and URLs where possible.
Changes
We may update this AUP as threats and product capabilities evolve.
