User Content & Submissions

You retain rights in materials you submit. You grant us a limited license to process submissions solely to provide the Service (for example, resolving a public media URL).

Third-Party Platforms

Your relationship with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X/Twitter, Pinterest, Threads, Reddit, and other platforms is governed by their terms. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms unless expressly stated.

Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Features may change, break, or be removed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Downloader Tools by AdvanzoTools and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service or downloaded materials.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Downloader Tools by AdvanzoTools from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Termination
